Grievance and Concern Submission

If you believe that Star Linen UK’s actions or decisions have caused, or may cause, harm or unfair treatment, you can use this form to raise a grievance or serious concern. This includes issues related to our services, behaviour of our people, working conditions, ethical standards, or our social and environmental impact. We treat all grievances seriously and handle them in a fair, confidential and timely way.

What to expect after you submit:

• We will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days.

• We will complete an initial assessment within 10 working days to confirm whether the issue will be treated as a grievance and whether any immediate action is required.

• Where a full investigation is needed, we aim to provide an outcome within 30 working days of acknowledgement. If the matter is complex and takes longer, we will keep you updated on progress and revised timeframes.

We will either:

• Explain the steps we are taking to investigate and resolve the issue and confirm when it has been closed, or

• Explain clearly if the issue does not meet our grievance criteria and signpost alternative routes for feedback or escalation.

Confidentiality and non‑retaliation

Information you provide will be shared only with those who need it to assess and manage your grievance. Star Linen UK does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. If you believe you have experienced retaliation after submitting a grievance, please tell us as soon as possible using this form or another contact method.
